Products and Services – Non-Profit Organizations Program Development – Capitalizing on extensive the knowledge of state and federal regulations gained through years of collaboration with non-profit organizations, BPDS will effectively and efficiently design and develop programs and projects that serve intended clients and accomplish organizational missions, in conformance with local, state, and federal regulations. Program design and development services can either be entirely completed by BPDS or consultation can be provided to staff.

Funding Research and Grant Writing – With many years of working with and for non-profit organizations, BPDSs has the capacity and knowledge to assist non-profit organizations locate appropriate funding sources and successfully write proposal to fund agency programs.

Program Oversight and Management – Given extensive work history with non-profit organizations, BPDS has the expertise to assist organizations to manage programs and projects in accordance with the many local, state and federal regulations that may accompany funding sources. BPDS can provide expert guidance to existing staff in the best practices for carrying out programs, or provide direct management and oversight on a short-term contractual basis.
